Yes, as of June 30th, current mortgaged loans serviced by Pivot Lending Group will be moving to Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc.
Will my payment amount change?
No, current rates, terms, and balances will remain unchanged.
Will my due date change?
No, there will be no changes to your mortgage terms, including the due date.
How will I make payments with the new servicer?
Dovenmuehle Mortgages, Inc. is responsible for collecting and processing payments. To update your automated payments, please download the Automated Payment Program Form.
