Aventa Supports Take a Turkey to Work Day
Colorado Springs, Colo. (November 30, 2017) – On November 17, 2017, Aventa associates and its members took part in
the annual Take a Turkey to Work Day benefiting the Care and Share Food Bank of Southern Colorado. Take a Turkey to
Work Day took place in both the Colorado Springs and Pueblo areas and Aventa collected 29 turkeys for Care and Share
and local families in need.
“We are avid supporters of the Care and Share Food Bank of Southern Colorado and partner with them during our new
hire orientations, in which new associates volunteer some of their time to Care and Share during their orientation.
Participating in Take Your Turkey to Work Day seemed like a natural extension of our partnership with them.” said Karin
Kovalovsky, Vice President of Corporate Communications and Marketing.
